1). Our trusses are sealed by a licensed professional engineer. As with traditional wood trusses, the overall building design - including such items as bracing, hold downs and sheathing attachments - is the responsibility of the engineer/architect of record.Drywall studs(Model 90) are roll-formed from corrosion resistant steel and are primarily used for interior non-load bearing partition wall construction. Knurled flanges prevent screw "ride-up" which expedites the attachment of gypsum wallboard. Punchouts are strategically located to facilitate electrical conduit, plumbing and/or bridging if required.
